I went in and got my oil changed in my 2 year old GMC truck and I saw a truck in the parking lot that just cought my eye so I went inside to talk to a dealer just to see if it was doable and then I met E truck and I saw a truck in the parking lot that just cought my eye so I went inside to talk to a dealer just to see if it was doable and then I met Eric who was very positive and very helpful he had my truck looked at for a trade we went for a test drive and then we crunched some numbers and Eric got me the best rate possible to make a deal workout I also had a few extras installed and they were done before the original time I was told and I was albe to pick up my new truck early and that was just great . My experience at Pointe has been one of the best I have ever had when purchasing a car. They were committed to "making me happy", as the sales consultant would continue to repeat throughout the process.. ever had when purchasing a car. I was in great need of a car because I was paying a rental for almost one month and that Saturday evening I left the dealer with a car. However, the unit I left with did not have all of the features that I desired. Eric Davis and the Pointe Staff asked me to bring the unit back a couple of days later and provided me with the car that had all of the features that I was looking for. On top of that he gave me a full tour of the car and even set-up my phone and favorite radio stations on the car. Now that is what I call service! Visit Pointe, you won't be disappointed. More

I had never been to Pointe Buick and I talked to someone that had bought a car from them and highly recommended them and especially for their service as well as their good pricing on vehicles. The worst part of buying a new car is the waiting for hours over what the bottom line is going to be. With Larry and Eric it was done right in front of them in their office and not having to wait hours w hours over what the bottom line is going to be. I told them what I wanted in my new vehicle and they delivered it, big red bow and all. The best part, they are local and I know I will receive the best care for my new Terrain.
