excellent Excellent service quality BUT desk is chronically understaffed esp in the morning. Standing in a line after foot surgery , for 15+ minutes hurts. Happy with service not so with priice Eric very good rep and very helpful. Now on the price side way more then i expected . Outstanding Customer Service and Appreciation This was our first service visit for our 2018 Ford Edge - oil change, tire rotation and a dashboard error message. Estimated wait time was four hours. This was our first service visit for our 2018 Ford Edge - oil change, tire rotation and a dashboard error message. Estimated wait time was four hours. Within 30 minutes, the error message was diagnosed as a puncture tire. Within another 30 minutes another cal that everything was complete and the car ready to be picked-up. When we went to pick-up the car, all costs were waived due to a previous experience with another 2018 Ford Edge bought fresh off the lot with a defective axle. Tony Parente and Elian wanted to make that experience right and keep us as satisfied customers. Inam and Eric worked hard to get the service done quickly and assist with the Synch function. Excellent treatment of customers!!!!!!!! More
