From the moment I walked in, Mike and staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was the level of customer service at Coulter Nissan. The team was patient, transparent, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. They worked with me to find the right vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision and grateful for such a positive experience. I truly appreciate the effort the staff put into making the process easy and enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend Coulter Nissan to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. More

Mason also helped me consider other Pathfinders and really took time to help us zero in on the bests option and deal for us. We never felt pressure, the people there were really just concerned that we were finding what we wanted and were going to be happy with any decision we made. I will definitely go back to Coulter for any future vehicle needs. For now, we will enjoy our new Pathfinder! More

The kindness from everyone at the Coulter was wonderful! My parents showed up before me, and by the time I arrived my mom was already trying to adopt Mike. I was super stressed about the situation I was in My parents showed up before me, and by the time I arrived my mom was already trying to adopt Mike. I was super stressed about the situation I was in and Mike was so understanding made sure to work with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I showed concern about when I could pick her up and was going to go for something else that wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, Eric (I hope I spelled that right) stepped in without being asked to ensure I had zero to worry about! When it came time to fill out the finance paperwork, Brian made sure to break things down in a way that was easy for me to understand and ensure I got the best overall option that would benefit me well beyond what I could have hoped. They all turned what started off as a terrible stress into an absolute blessing and I couldn’t be happier with my experience (or my Rogue). I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if it let me. Thank you all again SO SO much for everything! More

That stellar customer service flows from the sales person (it was Joe in my case), his manager (Eric), and the finance expert (Justin). Because of the treatment we received, we were very happy to become part of the Coulter family and if the sales department is a true indication of Coulter Nissan, we can't wait to get to the service area. I must say this is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to! I had the pleasure of working with Charles “Luke” Lucas - Internet Sales Manager who was not pushy, very kind, honest, and understandi ever been to! I had the pleasure of working with Charles “Luke” Lucas - Internet Sales Manager who was not pushy, very kind, honest, and understanding of what I wanted and did everything he could possibly do to make an awesome deal that brought me to tears. Thank you Luke!!! He impressed me and made me feel welcome and exactly like a family owned business. I also worked with his mentor and Sales Manager Eric Dohrman. True to his word as well not pushy, and very kind and assisted in making an awesome deal as well. Last but not least want to also give recognition to Justin Marcum - Finance Manager who was also very kind and explained everything and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want. I am a very proud owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue and if I ever need another car this is the only dealership in Surprise I’m going to and work with Luke. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Thank you all for all you do and you are appreciated!! More
