From the moment I contacted the dealership thru email to the moment I had my car re-delivered at the dealership after taking official delivery of the car in Munich, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I had a great experience working with Eric Eisenhart and David Theado. I was looking for the diesel version of the 3 series and wasn't able to find it at my local BMW dealership. In fact, the sales person at that dealership told me the diesel wasn't stock very well and typically, the only way to get one was to order it. Well my trip to Dave Walter proved that information to be incorrect and they had several models with varying options. Outside of the selection, Eric's knowledge of the vehicle was impeccable. But the icing on the cake was that David Threado actually picked me up from my home and peronally drove me to the dealership on the day i was to pick up my car. More

I found the car on BMW's Certified website. Eric matched the price on some similar vehicles and went on a test drive with me. I had to wait a bit to get in the finance office, but they had free hot matched the price on some similar vehicles and went on a test drive with me. I had to wait a bit to get in the finance office, but they had free hot dogs for us while we waited. I had all the purchase and pre-approval paperwork done before I arrived, so the finance office only took 30 minutes and we were on our way to Columbus for some beers before heading home the next day. They even had a porter pick me and my friend up at the airport as I am from St. Louis! Thanks guys, I love my car. I highly recommend the experience. -Kyle More

I was in the service center having a client of Dave Walter BMW since 1983 and this is the third car I've purchased directly from Eric Eisenhart. I was in the service center having my 3 worked on when Eric came around the corner and we said hello to each other. He was aware that I'd been looking to buy a nice 5, but hadn't found one yet. On a whim I asked Eric if he had anything special to look at, and he said, "...as a matter of fact I might have just got in the car you want, let's go look!...". Well, long story short, Eric had the exact car I wanted, the friendly dealing and gentlemanly negotiations were done before noon... and I drove out to dinner that night in my new car. How easy is that! You want to know why I rate Dave Walters BMW so high.. One word... TRUST. Trust is everything! My dad always told me, “trust is earned, not granted”. All I can say is, over the years Dave, Eric and the entire Dave Walter team have earned my trust to the point that when Eric said, "this is a really good car", I believed him and bought it.
