Every time I've had to bring my BMW in for service, Eric Eisenhart has personally followed up to see if I was satisfied. This past visit, I commented to him that it seemed like I would have to live with the minor problems I was experiencing. Eric asked me if I would be able to remain at the dealership for a few minutes longer and after 15 minutes or so, he escorted me to the door and pointed out an upgraded model and told me it was mine. I really thought they had taken the customer satisfaction further than they had to and I was quite surprised. Eric expressed that I had been a loyal customer for many years and they wanted to make sure I remained a satisfied, loyal customer. Needless to say, Dave Walter BMW and Eric Eisenhart have my customer loyalty for another twenty years at least. More

For the last 2 months I have been really enjoying my new 2013 BMW M5 sedan. Eric Eisenhart was my salesperson who helped me out tremendously. He was polite and extremely respectful over 6 months until I felt it was fine to make my purchase and realize a dream come true. Upon delivery he spent several hours with me going over many of the features of the M5 and has continued to offer more of his time to go over more hands on questions if needed. He knew I was looking for something with a lower payment, and gave me a call to set an appointment. Not only did he get me in a new BMW with a lower payment, but he was able to get me in a nicer BMW than I thought possible. Eric Eisenhart is the absolute best representative for the Dave Walter dealership and BMW in general. He is extremely service oriented. My husband and I have been clients of Eric since we switched to B the Dave Walter dealership and BMW in general. He is extremely service oriented. My husband and I have been clients of Eric since we switched to BMW in 2000, and we have never gone back to any other car since then. Prior to BMW, we drove Mercedes, Lexus and Cadillac and were satisfied with those luxury autos until our BMW. We currently own 3 BMW's, and our oldest one is a 2002 with close to 300,000 miles! In total, we have had 5 cars from Walter's BMW. It's not just about the Dave Walters dealership who are a leader in service, but it's about Eric as the one single person who keeps us coming back. We live less than a mile from another BMW dealer, but choose to drive 30 miles to do business with Eric. Eric's level of service, knowledge, competence, attentiveness and knowing what his clients want is just really commendable. When we recommend clients to him, we have the confidence that they will be cared for in the best service oriented way. We could not recommend friends and colleagues if that were not the case. Eric provides stellar service and is the reason that we have remained his clients for 13 years! More
