38 years experience with Dave Walter Inc, including 33 with the BMW brand shows my passion for the brand as well as my ability and enthusiasm in satisfying customers for the long term. Outside interests over the years have included having worked on the Formula 1 circuit during my college years in the early 70's, to being heavily involved with Boy Scouts here in Akron with my oldest son and also enjoyed a couple of years of racing in SCCA, even finishing the 24 Hour Race at Nelson's Ledges, winning First in Class and 5th overall with my teammates. He assess my needs (in my case - transporting a large yellow lab) and works with me to find the best car. I get a consultation... not a sales pitch. I have worked with Shujaat three times to get BMWs and I highly recommend him. I have been very happy with each transaction. I recently purchased an X1 with navigation. I was new to the navigation. Eric showed me several of the capabilities of the system at time of purchase. He told me I could call him anytime for help. I have gone back to the dealership for additional training on the navigational system with Eric. He makes the system understandable and easy to use. Eric provides excellent customer service. The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommended. Josh and Brandon are excellent. They make sure I understand any needed repairs or maintenance. I have always been able to get a loaner car. More

My new 550 GT is 4th consecutive BMW I've owned (750 iL, M5, 535GT). There's lots of choices out there, but the Dave Walter dealership goes out of its way to honor our long-term relationship and offer me s M5, 535GT). There's lots of choices out there, but the Dave Walter dealership goes out of its way to honor our long-term relationship and offer me special value. I was not in the market for a new car; my former lease ran until November, 2013. And that's where they delivered special value to me by putting me in a 2012 for not much more money, with more features and more fun. I was impressed on two counts. First, that they proactively identified me as a candidate for a new car based on what I was driving and what they had they knew I'd like. Second, that they framed the value proposition in unique ways to motivate me to act. That they even identified me speaks to their level of customer service and attention. Anticipation of need is the highest form of service. That they were able to close the deal with me speaks to their customer skill. And it's the latter count that deserves special mention. I'm a difficult sale. I'm a BMW customer because engineering and driving experience motivate me (I also own a BMW K1600 GT motorcycle). BMW delivers on that promise. But I'm also a value conscious shopper. That I'm in a new lease in two days astounds even me. It's a testimony to my level of trust in the dealership but especially Shujaat. He is unique. Selling is about getting somebody to buy something they don't want or need. Shujaat does not sell. Shujaat engages in the far higher art of appealing to the buyer's informed self-interest. He explored my needs and interests. He put me in the 550 GT. Once driven, hooked. And he went out of his way to improve my deal to satisfy my value needs. One more example of his skill. I can afford to drive any car I want, but there's only so much I'm willing to spend on a car. When I leased my prior car, I was maxed on price on where I wanted to be. Enter Shujaat to talk about wheel insurance. In his patient sytle, no pressure, he explained features and benefits of the protection. Although I was at my limit on price, I signed up, and he went an extra mile and threw in windshield and body damage protection). I'm glad I did. Does he win in the transaction? Yes. But is it my strong impression that he's concerned more for me than him? Yes. I trust my dealership, but I especially trust Shujaat. I can pay him no higher complement. More

We were replacing my Wife's 2010 528xi that was totaled in an auto accident. What a tremendous experience. I've bought three new BMWs from this dealership and two VWs from its sister dealership across the street over the last decade. All my service is done there. I have never had a problem -- and I'm really picky. They know me now, but even as a brand new customer I was treated like I was their #1 client. Once I had particularly tricky electronic problem on a past-warranty BMW. One of the mechanics was so committed to solving the problem, he took the component home and kept working on it. He fixed it. I wasn't charged for his personal time (though I would have paid it because dedication like that is remarkable). That same car has 170,000+ miles and still runs great - - and the electrical problem never came back. I could not be more pleased. #customerforlife More

Everyone from the receptionist and service technicians to the sales staff and management exemplify professionalism, product knowledge, quality customer service, and are enjoyable people to work with. In particular I want to recognize Client Advisor Eric Eisenhart and General Manager Shujaat Siddiqui. I ended up purchasing the exact CPO BMW I was interested in. Eric Eisenhart answered my questions and made me feel comfortable as I was evaluating the vehicle and making decisions. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient with no sales pressure whatsoever. He simply wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted in an expert manner. Likewise when it came to dealing on the car, General Manager Shujaat Siddiqui was equally impressive. I enjoyed working with Shujaat because of his professionalism, personable demeanor, and because I think he is genuinely passionate about developing relationships and making certain the customer is satisfied. He is an outstanding representative of the franchise that Dave Walter BMW has developed. I worked most of my deal over the internet which was more convenient to me because I work many hours. When I went to the dealer my sales rep,Eric,Had another customer so David started my procedures so I woul convenient to me because I work many hours. Eric then went to get me donuts because it was dinnertime and I was really hungry.All salesmen worked together to get me going as quickly as possible.They explained the car workings like Chicken Soup for the Car so that I could understand. I bought my last BMW from Dave Walters & went back because of their quality service and salesmen that have worked there many decades. More

Jim was very attentive to our needs and our schedule in going through the purchase process. He took ample time to go over the car for the test drive and explain all the features. Wow! BMW is the the ultimate driving machine and Dave Walter's is the ultimate BMW dealership.i've known Eric Eisenhart for 15 years +, but have never had the opportunity to do business with him. Idont't Walter's is the ultimate BMW dealership.i've known Eric Eisenhart for 15 years +, but have never had the opportunity to do business with him. Idont't know where to start, so Ill just start at the beginning. I ended up there because I was at another dealership in the nearby Akron area to buy a car that I had put a deposit on previously. I went there to wrap up the deal and was told that the car had been sold! Whaaat?! i had a friend drop me off because I planned to drive my new car home. I had to find a ride to take me home. I was so irrupted when I got home that I decided to talk a walk. Guess where I ended up? Yep, at Dave Walter's in Eric Eisenhart's office. All I can say is that things happen for a reason.God had a different plan for me. Thank you God and thank you Eric ! I had the pleasure also of meeting Hans, Erik , and Shujaat. I am now the owner of a BMW 5 series! Who woulda thunk it that when I woke up on March 19 I would go to sleep with the memory of one of the best car buying experiences that I ever had and A BMW in my garage! Kudos to the staff at Dave Walter's! I cant wait to go Sat for my free car wash!!!!!! More
