We had an appt for 3pm with Eric, but he was with another person and we had to wait almost an hour to test drive the car. Then, had to wait more to go over options. Then had to wait longer, an 1.5 hr, to see finace guy and were told we could go eat, then come back. So, we did and upon returning, waited another 45mins. After done with finance, we had to wait more for them to get the car. That was 830pm and we just wanted to get in car and leave. We were exhausted. We new it would take a while, as this was not our first car buying experience. This definitely could have been better. At least there were snacks and water. More
