Having done our research we then typically visit 2 to 3 dealers and test drive 1 or 2 models. Having dealt with at least 51 salespeople in our car purchasing history we have come to equate the experience with annoyance, stress, bickering and a general sick feeling. That WAS our experience UNTIL we drove into Toyota of Braintree and met Rubens Bourguignon. He was everything we thought a car salesman was not; friendly without being pushy, relaxed, forthcoming and honest. He genuinely made us feel that his primary job was not to sell us a car but to make us enjoy and feel comfortable with the experience. Rubens answered every and all questions and even offered information we had not thought to inquire about. We came in to look and left having purchased a 2015 RAV4. As we drove out of the parking lot my husband and I looked at each other and with a smile on our faces both said "Well that was a pleasant experience". More
