I then met Carlos who took extraordinary time and care working with me to restore the integrity of the deal and subsequently my faith in this dealership. As a result of his exemplary Customer Service, although not my first choice, I'm now driving a beautiful, new Highlander that I equally love. They gave me a fair amount for my aging trade and took the time to explain the importance of the extra 5 year /60K mile extra warranty option where if anything breaks from bumper to bumper, im covered. They got my car a inspection sticker and took care of the registry paper work. They made sure i left with new tires and brakes. I also get 3 free oil changes. More
