No pressure. Nice trade in negotiation. Good explanation of the extended warranty options from Don R. They were able to get me just what I wanted on the location. 6 Cyl. I recently purchased a used Tacome from Tufankjian. I found the car on the Internet, called in, and made an appointment for 10:00 am. I pulled in at 10:02 and Tony was right there waiting for me. The truck was exactly as advertised and spotlessly detailed. Tony showed me around the vehicle and went with me on the test ride while simultaneously having my trade in appraised. This minimized the waiting time. After the test drive we went into the building, which is squeakily clean and modern. Within minutes Tony had numbers in front of me for my trade in and the Tacoma. There was zero pressure. I made a counter offer, which Tony countered, and in the end I think we both got good deals. After running my credit and getting the monthly payment, I opted to have a remote start installed, and they were able to do it on the spot. I drove home with the car. 3 business days later my registration was in hand. This was by far the easiest experience I've had buying a car. I will definitely go back to Tufankjian and recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. More

There was zero pressure to buy and whenever I needed to make a choice the options were presented so that I could make informed decisions. For me, buying a car has always been a drag. While I wouldn't call my experience "fun" I would say it was professional, courteous, and -- aside from all that money I spent -- painless. My main sales guy was Long Le; he did an excellent job. The staff at Tufankjian Toyota were exceptional in helping me purchase my new 2013 Toyota Corolla. I mostly dealt with Kenny Tempro who is a genuinely amiable man. He made the process fun with his sen helping me purchase my new 2013 Toyota Corolla. I mostly dealt with Kenny Tempro who is a genuinely amiable man. He made the process fun with his sense of humor and charisma. I felt no pressure from any of the folks there to purchase extra features but they were very knowledgeable in showing my key features to consider when purchasing the car. My parents bought a Prius from here and I remember it being a good experience as well which is what drew me to purchase here. I was treated the same way my parents were and the facility is HUGE with lots of inventory and a high tech up-to-date structure. Thanks again guys, and I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks!!! More

Overall we have a fantastic experience at Toyota of Braintree. The sales staff were courteous, straightforward, honest, efficient and not pushy. During the process we spoke with four of their employees. Each one was helpful, informative and considerate. I sent in a review last week after my daughter and I had picked out a vehicle with the help of salesperson Leo Batiste. Great experience for me and my daughter who was purchasing her first vehicle. We have, over the years, all heard the stories of overly aggressive sales people at car dealerships and I can truly say this was not the case at Toyota of Braintree We were treated with patience and respect and this being my daughters first car buying experience, I believe she will have very positive memories and thoughts of her car buying experience. While picking up the vehicle yesterday we mostly dealt with Finance Manager Walace Langham and Sales Manager Bob Cameron. Both were super friendly and helpful. Walace could not have been more of a gentleman or been any better explaining everything detail so my daughter completely understood the process. Considering my whole family was sitting in his office for quite a while, Walace interacted with each of us while sifting through the paperwork and financing process. He is was helpful, friendly and informative. Bob Cameron spoke to us for awhile because I had a small concern about the clutch on this vehicle but after taking me out for a drive and showing how to drive the car properly, all concerns were put to rest. The whole experience was perfect and I would recommend Toyota of Braintree to anyone looking for a new or used car. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!! More

He never lost focus on us first. Once the process progressed, we found this attention repeated with each staff member who we were in contact with. I made sure I met the service manager before I left thinking the initial attention in buying a car would disappear after I drove off. I was clearly informed this was not going to be the case and the attention to our needs with the new cars would not change. We drove off feeling confident we made a good decision. More

Benson was very helpful in the buying process. After communicating with him what we were looking for he showed us a great deal. He was very personable and nice. He related to our situation since I will be graduating college in the spring and he has children around my age. Everything to the test drive to the paperwork was easy and comfortable. He had a huge smile on his face and you can tell he really loves his job and his customers. Eric and John were very nice to work with as well.
