This is the first Toyota I purchased from Tufankjian. My family had purchased 5 Toyotas from ANOTHER dealer and when I returned to purchase this car, they were rude . I felt pressured and they "played the car game" bringing in the salesman, a manager and then another manager . When I arrived, the person I had the appointment with was not there, the cars I wanted to see took 30 minutes to find. I felt pressured and did not feel like a valued customer. I was also told that If I wanted more for my trade in, I would have to pay sticker price ! Needless to say, I walked out ! When I went to Tufankjian, I immediately felt like a valued customer. I met with Eric who introduced me to Erwin. He took his time with me, explained the different options and how they worked in every car I wanted to see. I never felt pressured or rushed and felt like a valued customer ! I found every employee to be genuinely polite, friendly and helpful. Although I feel I should have gotten more for my trade in ( don't we all) I am extremely satisfied . My family will not hesitate to return to Tufankjian when the next car is purchased. They did everything they could do to meet my requests . Erwin is the best !! More

First let me say that the whole buying experience was exceptional. The sales staff I worked with, Jessica Colanino and Eric Francke made me feel comfortable from researching vehicles on their website to exceptional. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed and will definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Another note: The first time I visited the dealership a couple sales staff walked up and asked me if I was already being helped, which they should as it's their job. I already had an appointment with another salesperson and once I said that one of the sales reps who originally came up to me brought me to a spot off the floor so I could wait for my appointment without constantly being approached. That is a sign of a great dealership and a strong sales team. More

This was our 1st time buying from Toyota of Braintree and Erwin Amboy was our salesperson. First impressions are critical and Erwin is a great representative. He is very knowledgeable on the products and asks the right questions without making you feel pressured. We purchased a used 2004 Toyota Avalon. The service department evaluated this vehicle as part of their quality control process and identified a few maintenance items (i.e. tires, rear stabilizer bushings, oil change, etc.) that needed to be performed prior to delivery. While performing the repairs the service department identified some minor scratches on the windshield and it was replaced as it did not meet their standards. This speaks to the quality of staff and the used vehicle(s) that Toyota of Braintree feels comfortable selling. My experience with this company is that they are committed to doing the right thing by the customer and in doing so create a long lasting relationship. We had spent a lot of time looking for a car and avoided dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a quick look around the parking lot to see what was on offer without any pressure or a long time sitting inside answering questions and doing paperwork. At once we saw a car that interested us both, within minutes Kenny had told us the price and let us drive it around the parking lot. We never stepped inside and he put us under no pressure. Later that evening we went online and saw we could bargain online for the vehicle. I didnt expect anything would come of it but next morning there was an email from Eric saying he thought the price we were willing to pay could be agreed by Toyota. Later that day we met with Sunny, who took control of the whole deal with expertise and personal attention. Eric and Kenny were also involved and later we also did some paperwork with Arthur. Everything went so smoothly and Sunny answered all our questions. There were no surprises with the deal including the price wanted for our trade-in. Next day I was driving our 'new' used Corolla away from Braintree. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and the same applies to Sunny as our salesman. Actually he is much more than that, he was the project manager for what is a complicated process even if things go smoothly as it did in our case. In the past we have had great experiences with Toyota cars but not good experiences with dealers. Our time with Sunny and his colleagues mean that we will be back to Sunny the next time we are looking for a Toyota without any hesitation. More

From the time we entered the dealership, everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Salesperson was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The Business staff were very easy to deal with regards to financing and servicing. It was our second purchase from this dealership and we would highly recommend them. This was my first car-buying experience from a dealership, so I was not exactly sure what to expect for the whole process. Leo walked me through the process step by step, answering all my concern dealership, so I was not exactly sure what to expect for the whole process. Leo walked me through the process step by step, answering all my concerns. He listened when I asked for things, and came through with even the small things like a missing cup holder insert. The only slightly negative feedback is regarding my brief experience with a manager who tossed my info sheet behind him when I insisted that I needed to look at a few other cars before making a decision to purchase. I wouldn't say I felt pressured, just disrespected. That minor event wasn't enough to sour my experience. I returned a few days later and bought the car. Overall, it was a really good experience. When I walked in the door I was greeted cordially and after explaining the reason for my visit, I was introduced to Ryan Tierney. Ryan was very friendly and courteous. He listened to what I wanted and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was not aware of how a car lease worked and Ryan explained it to me fully in a way that I could understand it. After Ryan's explanation I knew that leasing was the way to go for me. Ryan gave me a tour of the entire facility, showing me all the models so that I could make my decision. I was greatly impressed with the dealership and the cleanliness of the facility. After the tour and Ryan's help, I knew that Toyota of Braintree was the dealership I wanted to deal with. I made an appointment for my wife and I to meet with Ryan the next day. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who told us Ryan was with another customer and she led us to an area where we could wait for Ryan comfortably. My wife was in awe of the building and was impressed with all the people she met. Ryan met us in the waiting area and escorted us to his desk. He then explained the leasing to my wife who was impressed by Ryan's manners and explanation. Ryan knew we wanted the Camry LE in red and he had one outside waiting for our inspection. Ryan took the time to show us all the features of the Camry and explained that when we picked up the car, he would go over all the features and answer any questions we might have. Ryan took his time with us and patiently answered all our questions. He then introduced us to Eric Francke who gave us a complete tour of the service area, and made an appointment for us for our first, covered service call. He too was courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. From there, Ryan introduced us to Wallace Langame. Again we were greatly impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and his explanations. Wallace took time with us and patiently and efficiently answered all our questions. When we picked up our new Camry, Ryan gave us a complete tour of the car explaining its features and how they worked. The car was in impeccable condition. In the past we have had many dealings with various car dealerships. By far Toyota of Braintree and all the people we came in contact with made our entire experience the best we have ever had when purchasing a car. We would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree and your personnel. There was no pressure from anyone we met. Ryan Tierney is the best and most knowledgeable account manager we have ever dealt with. Ryan is a credit to Toyota of Braintree along with Eric and Wallace. Ryan made our experience a real pleasure. Oh, we love the car too. More

Overall I had a very postive experience at Toyota of Braintree. My first contact was with Eric (Internet), with whom I negotiated the price of my new Camry SE and then Leo who sealed the deal.
