What an experience! From the first time I walked into the dealership, and being greeted by a lovely lady, Susan, straight through to my purchase was an excellent, smooth, professional experience. My sales associate, Benson Onwuamaebu was exceptional!! I can't say enough about him. Knowledgeable, personable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Our experience also meet some other wonderful associates I would like to mention, Mr. Cameron, Mr. Martel and Mr. Franke were all very accommodating and very helpful with all the choices and options I had to to make. Great incentive that got me in the dealership - $4,000 + $1,200 (discount off the price MSRP price list) that was sent to me as a quote via e-mail. Kaitlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking to trade my Tacoma for something else. We settled on a Venza. I took a test drive and was impressed. Bob Wilfand is very hepful and really knows how to make you feel comfortable.. He knows the "cars" inside out and backwards and has the patience to answer all your questions over and over again. My car was ready when I came to pick it up. Bob was very helpful to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I was not disappointed. Both Bob Wilfand and Tufankjian Toyota are NUMBER#1 in my book. I was referred to Tufankjian Toyota and now I will be the one who will do the refering. More

I was greeted by Sunny who showed me exactly what I was looking for. He spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the vehicle and his knowledge and expertise were astounding. Needless to say, I bought the car. The negotiations were quick and I was pleased with the terms. I then met with Eric who made some suggestions, based on my needs for maintenance packages, which was very hel[ful. Next I headed off to Wallace's office to work on financing. He explained everything in great detail and was pleasant and professional. Again, I would recommend Toyota of Braintree to all. Stop in, ask for Sunny. You won't be disappointed. More
