We ended up walking out because we could not agree on a price. A few days later, they said they were willing to match our offer. While that was good news, it was really inconvenient to have to drive down t price. A few days later, they said they were willing to match our offer. The experience was fine until the finance individual JM came to talk to us. He offered a warranty for $2500, and I said 4 times I was not interested. He ended up coming down to $500 and said I was insulting his intelligence and that "I must think he's xxxxxxxx" to offer a warranty so low. It was exceedingly uncomfortable and wildly inappropriate. Hopefully he's getting some training on how to speak to customers. More
