Bought a new Venue but showed them a dent when I took a pic of the car before I left with it then after my daughter received her car for Christmas we found the hood dent after cleaned. Sent the video and pic of it in the lot and I received a text back saying that car was sold on minor implications cause it was a loaner for the service dept. but I do have the remainder of the factory warranty !!!! lol yeah u can’t make this up lol. I’ve bought over a dozen new cars in my life and never hear that or delt with this matter before. Won’t be back won’t do service there either. Who knows what they’ll tell me on a oil change lol More
