Eric was very polite and kind. Each person I have had contact with has been polite, kind and seemed sympathetic towards my situation. I wish they would give more accurate wait times Each person I have had contact with has been polite, kind and seemed sympathetic towards my situation. I wish they would give more accurate wait times for every service. If they can't be accurate, which I understand is difficult, then they should ALWAYS over estimate the waiting time. Please don't waste a customers entire day because they say they will be finished in just a little while and then it turns out to be 5-6 hours. This has happened more than once to me. Over all the entire service process needs something. Im not sure what, but coordination between each other and effective communication with customers would be a good place to start. More
