I bought a 2025 Santa Fe w/600 miles instead of a new one because it was white & gave the same price as a new one. I was told I had lifetime oil changes. Now told that I have none. Took two hours for an oil change and air filter . go there regularly and it has never taken that long . When I asked , was told he was new. I cannot recommend buying a Hyundai less if you are in the Midland/Odessa area, I had to take my vehicle in because it broke down and it is still under warranty. It has been a month since they've had and the Midland/Odessa area, I had to take my vehicle in because it broke down and it is still under warranty. It has been a month since they've had and and real work on it hasn't even begun yet. I have had to contact corporate and hassle the service department almost once a week for again a full month. This is not a new issue either, I have spoken to several friends who used to own Hyundai's and have had almost exact experiences. Needless to say, they all no longer own Hyundai's and I will never purchase another Hyundai simply for the fact that any service under warranty will have to go through this dealership and the experience will never change. I cannot reiterate it enough to never buy a Hyundai if you live anywhere in West Texas unless you want the same headache I and others have gone through. More
