This dealership has one of the worst service departments that I have ever dealt with. I am having the same issue with my vehicle that they have continuously “fixed”! They try to take the easy way out so the that I have ever dealt with. I am having the same issue with my vehicle that they have continuously “fixed”! They try to take the easy way out so they do not have to put any kind of time or money into my air conditioner. My car is still under warranty, but I guarantee if it wasn’t then they would do their best to fix it properly, because it would probably cost a fortune and would be at my expense not theirs! . They never have any loaner cars whatsoever because they take their sweet time at getting everyone’s vehicle fixed. It is the same song of dance every time I take my car. I thought about trading my car in for a new vehicle, but when and IF I do, I will not do it at the Hyundai in Odessa. More

Eric is nice and polite, however, when he is out there is zero communication from anyone about the vehicle. My car was there for 2.5 weeks. While it was being serviced, I asked to have an oil change. I belie zero communication from anyone about the vehicle. My car was there for 2.5 weeks. While it was being serviced, I asked to have an oil change. I believe it was done, but noon went over anything with me. There was no checklist that levels or filters had been checked. When I took my car in, it had just been detailed and was clean inside and out. When I got it back, it was was filthy. They didn’t even run it through their own wash to knock the dirty off of it. More

Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. I left multiple messages looking for an update and never received a cal For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. I left multiple messages looking for an update and never received a call back. No one answers the phone at the service center so I would have to choose the sales line and they said they “walked” over and someone would call me. Eric was always out of the office. No one helped me. I live 7 hours away and had to leave the car there for repair. I ended up having to pay someone to physically go into the service center to get an answer on my vehicle. More

Eric was amazing as always the other lady in the front was horrible!! If it wasn’t for the finance lady she would have made me go to another dealer she treated me so badly and other customers rushing them was horrible!!
