I went in for an oil change and was probably the fourth car in line and three and a half hours later I got my car done with only one service tech working. Schedule vehicle for a recall and after we dropped the vehicle off, we received a phone call that the recall parts had been sent back with no explanation. Now we have to reschedule the recall again once t vehicle off, we received a phone call that the recall parts had been sent back with no explanation. Eric was very polite and kind. Each person I have had contact with has been polite, kind and seemed sympathetic towards my situation. I wish they would give more accurate wait times Each person I have had contact with has been polite, kind and seemed sympathetic towards my situation. I wish they would give more accurate wait times for every service. If they can't be accurate, which I understand is difficult, then they should ALWAYS over estimate the waiting time. Please don't waste a customers entire day because they say they will be finished in just a little while and then it turns out to be 5-6 hours. This has happened more than once to me. Over all the entire service process needs something. Im not sure what, but coordination between each other and effective communication with customers would be a good place to start. More

Didn't get oil change was told it was 2 hour wait 3 1/2 hours later my vehicle was still in same spot hadn't moved same as vehicles in front of mine was told it would be 2 more hours so got my keys and lef hours later my vehicle was still in same spot hadn't moved same as vehicles in front of mine was told it would be 2 more hours so got my keys and left without a service More
