Took the car at 9 am for only oil change and tire rotation and it took them 7 hours to have it ready. Requested to get new tires and Eric says it will be done next morning. I went to pick up my car a rotation and it took them 7 hours to have it ready. Requested to get new tires and Eric says it will be done next morning. I went to pick up my car around 1 pm next day and Eric did not pass the request to other employees so the tires never got installed. Poor management out there More

Appointment was at 730am, I waited at my car for someone to come (last time they did and this was my 2nd time) about 15 minutes.
