He was so informative and took the time to answer all my questions. He spent 2 hours with us that day. Then 10 months later in my search for a vehicle with specific options, I found it at Wilde Lexus and called Jim. He even remembered me after such a long time. Jim was never pushy. He returned calls, emails and texts when he said he would. I wanted a few items taken care of before delivery and he made sure they were all done to our satisfaction without any pushback. He is the only auto salesman I’ve ever been so comfortable with as well as being so knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would definitely recommended contacting Jim if you are interested in a Lexus. More

Oil Change and Better Came into the dealership on Friday to have my 2015 RX350 and 2016 CT200H serviced. The 2015 RX350 was coming up on 40,000 miles (3-years of a 4-year l Came into the dealership on Friday to have my 2015 RX350 and 2016 CT200H serviced. The 2015 RX350 was coming up on 40,000 miles (3-years of a 4-year lease), and we talked with our Service Manager Debbie Millis because our regular Salesman had been promoted, so she recommended David Keyso. After discussing some options and a test drive with David, my wife and I were driving out of the dealership with a 2018 RX350. David made the transaction low-stress and up-front, and we were in and out of the dealership by the time both cars had been serviced. The team of Service Managers, Sales, and Finance experts continue to be top-notch, and now this is the 5th LEXUS we have bought from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. We will probably be back next year to do the same on the 2016 CT200H. Thank you! More

Being new to Florida by three years My wife and I have had a Lexus SUV for many years and never debated what we would replace it with: another Lexus. Being new to Florida by three years, we visited Wilde Lexus in Sarasota to start our search for a new car. Fortunately we met Greg Dowdy who, in short order, found us the exact pre-owned car we wanted. We cannot say enough kind words about Greg. He was the consummate professional and a real gentleman. It is because of people like Greg that Lexus is so successful and the reason they will get our future business. I would be remiss not to add that Eric was great at explaining the car's technology, which is frankly awesome. Also, Frank did a great job handling all of the paperwork and answering our questions. So, if you are looking for a new car don't waste your time. Go to Wilde Lexus and ask for Greg, he's the best. More
