Saw price of used es 350 on internet so I went to the dealership and test drove the car that they advertised. Associate was helpful but when I asked for the out the door price, it was 6k more than ad pri dealership and test drove the car that they advertised. Associate was helpful but when I asked for the out the door price, it was 6k more than ad price on line. They said they had added almost $2500 in extras that were not advertised. They said that the car was listed low because they make their profits from selling already installed add ons. I was told that they could discount the add ons but not until we do final paperwork..???Completely dissapointed and angry and mislead. I wonder if this is an FTC violation? Looking now at other dealerships in the area. More
