Ana was outstanding in my trying to find the right Lexus SUV. She and I have been trying to find the perfect Lexus for several months. She has been very professional in her dealings with me and gave me insi SUV. She and I have been trying to find the perfect Lexus for several months. She has been very professional in her dealings with me and gave me insight into the NX, RX, and UX SUVs (both new and Certified Pre Owned) with pluses and minuses for each one based upon my wanting a cost effective SUV to basically drive in Venice and the state of Florida. After several meetings with Ana, my wife and I purchased a new 2023 Lexus UX 250h. The purchasing process and financing were stress free. Chris Carter was very professional during the financing process. In addition, Tanner Stempel was very helpful in the service department regarding the 2023 UX 250h and also my 2021 Lexus RX 350.
