I have been in the automotive industry since 1985. My first job was as a porter, working for my father at a local Ford dealership his love for cars and people drew me in. I currently live In Naperville with my wife and two daughters. I first fell in love with the Porsche brand when my father brought home his brand new 1985 928 S it was awesome. My favorite Porsche is the 964 911 turbo. I pride myself on customer service, it is something my father taught me a long time ago. There is nothing more important than taking care of a client.

Time Wasted. Worst experience going to buy a car yet. This past Saturday I visited Napleton to test dive a Macan I had interest in. This was after communicating with the internet manager, Eric K. After I was forced to reschedule my initial appointment I came in on a Saturday afternoon, a very rare weekend day off for me, and really had my time wasted. I feel very disrespected by this dealership, I feel disrespected and was not treated in the same care I saw others being treated in my over 2 hours of playing hurry up and wait at the dealership. I did get to test drive the Macan I wanted, it was a great car and I was thinking I would purchase it. Right after the test drive, Eric K. wanted to return the Macan back to their other lot, and once again left me and my girl friend by our selves in the show room, that happened a total of 5 times in a two hour visit. I would say most can agree it’s generally the opposite when you visit a dealership. When Eric returned he didn’t seem to have any interest in making this sale, I was already feeling I wasted my time at Napleton, but liked the car. So I asked him about getting my 2017 75th anniversary Jeep looked at for a trade in, I at this point was told it would be 35-45 mins to do so. This seemed very odd to me, and I decided to leave. Before I left talking with Eric, I requested he emailed me final price for the Macan out the door and said I could come back in Monday when they reopened to do the inspection. I also told him I would have my own financing set up and ready to go if the numbers were right. At 6:50pm (50 mins after the dealership closed) on Saturday I received an email, but it wasn’t a quote it was fishing email from Eric H, the sales manager. This bothered me greatly, but on Sunday I decided to email back, let him know about my experience and request again the pricing breakdown on the Macan. On Monday I received an email back and an apology. Eric H also requested my jeeps vin and asked a couple questions about its condition. As I was getting this info together I wanted to look at the Macan online again. At this point I noticed this suv I drove and had been asking for pricing on for days was no longer listed on the website. So I called the dealership, and was ignored. I emailed Eric H back letting him know I called and that the Macan wasn’t coming up on the site. I got no response. Until this afternoon when when a different salesman called me to see what was up. I let them know I couldn’t find the Macan on their site any more and he looked it up and informed me it had been sold. This made me feel very disrespected again by this dealership. I’m not sure if it was how I look, I am very heavily tattooed, that they didn’t think I could afford purchase this auto or that they were using their low mile 2018’s service loaners as bait and switch cars. But either way it was poor business. And this is coming from a business owner, a person who is currently featured magazines, and has been featured in MTV and VH1. Affording this Macan was is not issue, spending my hard earned money at a dealership that is disrespectful is. I will be looking to Rizza and Loeber this week now. I would suggest avoiding this dealership as it only looks nice. More

One of the Best dealers in Chicago area ! Recently purchased a Porsche from Napleton Westmont Porsche. Jordan Friedman (Sales Person) was very patient and responsive to all of my questions. I Recently purchased a Porsche from Napleton Westmont Porsche. Jordan Friedman (Sales Person) was very patient and responsive to all of my questions. I was driving from other place to Chicago so he made sure that before I arrive all the paperwork is in order. He was new to the place so needed help from his Manager for some of my questions but that is fine. Jordan and Jessica (Finance Manager) stayed late on day of my car delivery to make sure that everything is right in order before I drive off the lot. One more cool thing is Napleton Porsche holds events for its customers on race tracks to let them explore the full potential of their Porsche and also have classes from Professional drivers during these events. Best buying experience ever! We bought a certified pre-owned 718 Boxster this week from Napleton and I can honestly say it was our best car buying experience ever. From our salesman Scott to managers Eric and Peter, and finance manager Jessica, everyone was extremely nice and great to work with. They worked hard to help us get what we needed out of our trade to make the deal work. Everything was always presented in a very straightforward manner and while they were persistent, I never felt they were pushy or anything but helpful. Car was delivered looking like new and we received several calls to make sure everything was good afterwards. We looked at several cars this week but chose this one in part because they treated us well and seemed to really want our business. Looking forward to coming back to this location for the service, free car washes, etc. Glad to be new members of the Porsche owners club! More

Countless hours of online searching, emails, Saturdays at select dealerships and what an education! I have to say that our experience with Ed Napleton Porsche was the most positive from start to finish. Our online search connected us with Eric Hargrove who was most professional and responsive. We then visited the new dealership where we worked with Scott Hall who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering our many questions - helping us to make informed decisions and ultimately a final selection. My wife and I are extremely excited to own a new Cayenne and also for the warm welcome we have received from the Ed Napleton Porsche family. More
