This dealership sold the car out from under me even though a deposit slip was filled out. Be ware they claim they are just wanting to make the customer happy but they really aren’t. They try and maximi though a deposit slip was filled out. Be ware they claim they are just wanting to make the customer happy but they really aren’t. They try and maximize profits even if it means backing out of one deal already made and going to another customer to sell the car at a higher price. Be ware do not recommend, also have heard from several people their service department is a joke as well. All around this dealership needs an entirely new staff then hopefully they would be better. More

No one seems to return calls no matter how urgent. Having issues with my car they sold me (get your car inspected privately!) and can't seem to get in touch with any of the managers or GM. Bought A Nice Jag Ftype R - Love These Guys I initially talked with Kathy n Peter and made the deal with them. They were very fair n try to work with you in a very professional way which I loved I initially talked with Kathy n Peter and made the deal with them. They were very fair n try to work with you in a very professional way which I loved. Then Kathy reached out to me she was very nice n charming n helpful n went out of her way to work with me on her off day. I was sleepy n sick n tired/lousy. Kathy stayed with me whole time to help me out with paperwork. Their finance person she was also nice n helpful. All the ppl there are very nice n have great Patience, hospitality, and manners. Next time, I am gonna buy Porsche Cayenne from these guys. I liked the experience. Great Staff. Great Dealership. 5 stars ! More

Fantastic customer service!!!! Brian Collins was our sales associate and he was really incredible! He was very personable and knew how to relate with his customers.. This man had a Brian Collins was our sales associate and he was really incredible! He was very personable and knew how to relate with his customers.. This man had an encyclopedic knowledge of cars and the car industry. He was very helpful in answering all questions while allowing us the the space to make our decisions. Quite a rare find and really appreciated. Peter Giannini was wonderful in being more than fair on our trade-in. Tony Pescatore did a great job locating this car and making sure we were happy with it. And Nebi Denic was very articulate in explaining all of the options to us. Napleton Westmont Porsche is really a top-notch car dealership and will be highly recommended. More
