Our experience was excellent! Kyle was full of information and he was so polite. I bought my car there 2 years ago and we had the same amazing experience as the last time. Patrick was attentive with my online inquiry and arranged for Taylor to meet with me because he had to be away on the day I chose to visit them. Taylor met me at the door with a huge smile on her face when I arrived. I was going from a 2013 vehicle with basic power windows to a 2019 loaded with all the bells and whistles. I was overwhelmed. This is where Taylor really had the opportunity to shine! She was both knowledgeable and thorough in explanation of the features of the vehicle. She took extra time to help me learn how to set things up and made sure everything was programmed before I drove the vehicle off the lot that day. Taylor was completely understanding of my "learning curve". This purchase experience was the most positive I've had to date. Thank you Key Honda! More
