Eric was a good salesperson but his availability and communication/feedback was the reason I rated him a 3 stars. I will say that Rachel Babbitt, in the finance department, was a great asset to the sale of this vehicle. She was the reason that I gave the dealership a 4 star rating. Eric explained to me all the pros of purchasing an Audi Certified car only to experience a "Change oil reminder" notification on the dashboard soon after I drove the car off the lot. Fortunately I was still in Ft Lauderdale and the service department reset the notification the next day. The other issue had was during my 1900 mile drive home. I pressed the buttons on one of the two fabs to unlock the doors and the battery was dead or fab broken. That is inexcusable and should have been in working condition when I was handed the "keys". Now I will most likely need to pay an outrageous diagnostic fee and battery change at my local Audi dealership. Shame on Eric for attending to all the details that have caused major inconvienences and unnecessary stress. More
