Everything started off great they gave me my quote for the oil change. I agreed price was a bit high, just south of $400 for an oil change. Of course they sent me the recommendations and try adding on $300 for wiper blades. I declined. On the way out while paying my bill, I asked about my extended warranty going over what’s included as far as scratches in the paint and small cosmetic things. The lady was kind and mentioned that the system was down and that she would call me in a few hours and at the latest by Monday of this week. I’m filling the survey out on a Wednesday have not heard one thing back. I get it a lot of people just show up for a paycheck. I spent good money and my time working with Audi. The last thing I should have to do is follow up about paying extra for warranty that I’m not able to use. More
