Good experience...great vehicle! First off...love this Grand Cherokee. It is beautiful from the inside out! Rides well and it pulls my big walleye boat just fine. In addition, it is loaded with good technology (and considering I traded an older model Honda Pilot)...I am really happy with the vehicle. So, at 8:00PM we decided to go test drive a Dodge Durango at Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Although they were closing at 9:00PM, Eric took us on a test drive. The Durango drove perfect and we wanted to proceed. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. In fact, twice we asked to talk alone and he said to take our time.
