New car purchase I purchased a new Jeep a week ago and the whole procedure from start to finish was very enjoyable. Nice try! So I rated 3 stars because honestly everything was just about perfect until it came to the deal/sale. I LOVED the Jeep I almost bought. But Instead of recognizing that I was going to make this purchase, your sales guy decided to stay on script with the obvious hard pressure sales tactic/trick, which was not only insulting, but totally pissed me off. Since when does the salesman announce that we’ve made a deal and proclaim congratulations with a handshake? Wouldn’t that have been my decision since we’re using my money? Had he given me even 30 seconds to process the numbers we’d just discussed, numbers that I was truly happy with, I would have agreed to the sale myself & moved on to signing papers! But sorry!! He decided to try & trick me, which was totally unnecessary and is the ONLY reason I didn’t make this purchase. And since I’ve already read other reviews, I’m aware that the manager will now jump in with his copy & paste response of how sorry he is and that it’s certainly not their intention to insult blah blah blah.. I will respond to you in advance. I realize your intention is not to insult. I believe your true intention is to trick the customer, so they never realized what just happened. Respond however you want I choose not to buy my new Jeep from your dealership. More

Can't believe I bought a car from here!!! 10 minutes after driving off the lot 3 lights came on and it look the dealership 3 weeks to find out what was wrong with the car/ fix it. Even after t 10 minutes after driving off the lot 3 lights came on and it look the dealership 3 weeks to find out what was wrong with the car/ fix it. Even after this I was driving the car 10 days later and I had to take it in. The car needs $900!!! Worth of work to be drivable. They told me who ever sold me this car was an idiot and they would not even drive it around the block! ! More

Eric and the whole team are fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better customer service.. They really went above and beyond to make sure I could afford the car I wanted. Sure, you're going to pay extra for the extras (GAP, warranties, etc.) but they are worth it for the peace of mind. :) More

READ THE PAPERWORK!!! THEY ADD CHARGES. VERY SHADY OPERATION I purchases a vehicle in 2016. I was told one price before I drove over an hour to look at the vehicle. If I didn't need a vehicle that day, I would I purchases a vehicle in 2016. I was told one price before I drove over an hour to look at the vehicle. If I didn't need a vehicle that day, I would not have bought this vehicle. Don't let the lady that does the paperwork fool you either...she knows what's going on. The price changed 3 times, $7000 went to 15000 loan on paper. I caught the hidden fees and they changed the paperwork. Since the were closing and in a huge hurry, I did not look over the corrected paperwork until I got home. $7000 loan changed to $13000. I called the manager and he correct the loan and sent a new loan contract. $7400. Much better! He knew what was going on and did nothing to the crooks that work for him. The vehicle has major problems. We have had it in the shop 5 times since 2016. I have all the paperwork, I am still thinking about taking this to court. More

Beware they prey on th inexperienced buyer These guys craftily cheated me and messed with the paperwork. They are rude and insulting consending I will never use them again. Just looking I was shopping for new car (two weeks) but was not ready to purchase. I came to this dealer to look at vehicle I located on internet. Drove 100 miles I was shopping for new car (two weeks) but was not ready to purchase. I came to this dealer to look at vehicle I located on internet. Drove 100 miles . After driving vehicle and getting quote and trade in value, purchased on the spot and drove home new Dodge Charger. Erik new everything about the vehicle I purchased and coud answer all my questions on the spot. More

The entire process was fast, easy, and straight forward. I really appreciated the straight forward pricing and openness to getting to a price that worked for both the dealer and us. In addition, we had a tr I really appreciated the straight forward pricing and openness to getting to a price that worked for both the dealer and us. In addition, we had a trade that I felt I was treated very fairly with. Eric was able to communicate with my whole family of 4 in a way everyone stayed interested through the whole process (2 of them are under 4 years old). We looked at several (Eric would probably say we looked at a lot) of models and trim levels, test drove, had a trade-in appraised, determined a price, went through all paperwork and drove out with a new car in under 3 hours. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I would recommend this dealer. More
