About two weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing business with a team of sales representatives from Gurnee Dodge. But before I explain my experience let me give you some background. I turn 40 in another month and am a bit of a car nut (much to my wife's dismay). I have purchased and owned almost 20 vehicles in the last 23 years. I have purchased cars new and used, from dealerships across Lake County, Carmax (Kenosha), and even Iowa and Indiana. Other than Carmax most of my car buying experiences with Dealerships have been frustrating, disappointing, and not memorable to say the least. Carmax was always enjoyable and extremely easy while giving you a competitive price (not the best, but competitive). Because of our previous car buying experiences my wife and I were apprehensive about going back to a Dealership. We originally had three vehicles in mind: Infinity G37, Nissan Maxima and following in at a distant third was the Dodge Charger (my choice of course). Our plan was to test drive all three vehicles and narrow down to one. I have two separate friends in the car business that I could have placed an order with and had my vehicle at just over dealer cost. However, after two visits with Gurnee Dodge my wife and I decided we had finally found a Dealership that didn't play so many shell games just to make a profit and get you out the door as a number. We had the pleasure of dealing with Eric, Mitch and Nick throughout our experience, and all three were top notch in the industry. We didn't want to play any games, we wanted a good car buying experience with a great price, and we didn't want to walk out feeling like we just got the shirts taken off our backs. Gurnee Dodge provided us with all three!! Yes, we could have walked away from Mitch and the team and went down to my buddies Dealership and possibly saved a couple hundred bucks but we are glad we didn't. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience with Gurnee Dodge and I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member of mine. Already looking forward to my next purchase, my new Dodge Ram Crew Cab (wife cringes). Thanks again guys Michael Reed More

I came into the dealership actually to get my 2008 patriot that I had purchased previously examined for a possible problem with the CV joints. While I was waiting,I happened to ask about possibly trad patriot that I had purchased previously examined for a possible problem with the CV joints. While I was waiting,I happened to ask about possibly trading in my other vehicle,a 2006 Nissan xterra, as it has accumulated nearly 100K miles. Eric expertly looked at all possible scenarios in order to obtain a newer more reliable vehicle and not hurt my wallet too badly and I am more than satisfied with the outstanding customer service that I received during this experience. Outstanding work. This is my second vehicle purchased from Gurnee dodge and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes again. I would recommend them to anyone, as they are outstanding to their return customers. More

The team at Gurnee Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM was GREAT to work with! I found the vehicle online, contacted Mike in sales, and bought my vehicle that night after work. Eric was very friendly and helpful through the entire sales process and is very knowledgeable with the vehicle I purchased. They made me a great deal on my new vehicle. I had been shopping and got offers from 3 other dealerships that couldn't compete with Gurnee Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM. They also gave me a fair trade for my old vehicle. The only thing that I was not happy with was the amount of gas in the new vehicle when I left the lot, but Mitch took care of that with a free oil change. This shows how committed the team at Gurnee Dodge is committed to there customers. I have bought a few cars and the financing process was the smoothest I have ever been through, Will did a great job and it was a smooth process. Manny helped out with accessories and I am very pleased with the selections and the service I received from the service department. Thanks to everyone at Gurnee Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM and you will be seeing me again for my next vehicle purchase! More

I went to the dealership early on a monday. Ernesto greeted me right away with a Good Morning Smile, asked me what I was looking for and helped me. I was not pushed into anything, answered All my questions to the Best of his knowledge, and if he did not know the answer, he Quickly found out for me! Also another thing that I appreciated. Eric also then assisted me, with his past years experience get me in the car, which I LOVE!!!!! I'm very thankful they were Honest and of Much help!
