Disappointed Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric and explained the auto lights were not working, he told me lights would be under the bumper to bumper warranty, as I bought a pre-owned Toyota so it should be covered under the warranty. Took vehicle to Cedric Theel in Bismarck on November 23, 2018, they discovered an autostart was removed from this vehicle and the "the wire" was never reconnected for the auto lights. This was not covered under the warranty. We contacted Eric via phone, who instructed that we have Cedric Thell, sent them the bill and Corwin would pay for the cost to repair this wire. Today, I was contact by Cedric Theel and advised that Eric has now decided to not cover this bill. By the way the amount is $80.00. Couple of things, this was clearly missed in the certified check, as without this wire connected the day time running lights didn't even work and regrettably the Eric is not willing to stick to his words and take care of his customer. I would NOT recommended this salesman or Corwin toyota to anyone! More

Super pleased with Eric Johnson's customer service The patience and customer service I experienced from Eric Johnson was exceptional. While I was having a very hard time deciding between 2 cars he took The patience and customer service I experienced from Eric Johnson was exceptional. While I was having a very hard time deciding between 2 cars he took the time to not only ask questions about what was really important to me but actually listened to my answers. Once the car was decided he worked very hard at getting my payments in a range that worked for me and explained the financing in detail so I left not only loving my new ride but feeling very comfortable with my payments. In addition after a very long day he stayed 30 minutes after hours looking for the garage door opener I left in my vehicle I traded in. Which was found wedged between the seat. I also need to acknowledge Baker in the financing dept. He thoughally explained all extended warrenty's to us. Some we were interested in and the ones we were not he was not pushy about. Plus gave me 2 packs of a great ginger tea to bring home due to a cough I had! If your looking for a great car at a great price and customer service that goes above and beyond you have to deal with these guys! More
