I had a very positive experience working with Mitch Smith Chevrolet and Eric Laney. I contacted the dealership about purchasing my leased vehicle rather than turning it in, fully expecting a complicated or time-consuming process. Instead, it was surprisingly easy. Eric was responsive, straightforward, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no haggling, and no upselling — just clear communication and a fair, transparent offer. Most of the transaction was handled through a few text messages, which I really appreciated. This was one of the smoothest and least stressful vehicle transactions I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Eric and the team at Mitch Smith Chevrolet to anyone looking for an honest, efficient buying experience. More
