Eric was responsive, straightforward, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no haggling, and no upselling — just clear communication and a fair, transparent offer. Most of the transaction was handled through a few text messages, which I really appreciated.
This was one of the smoothest and least stressful vehicle transactions I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Eric and the team at Mitch Smith Chevrolet to anyone looking for an honest, efficient buying experience.

Took it for a test drive and after my many questions for him, we made a deal. There was zero pressure to buy and our conversation was enjoyable. It was very nice to just look at vehicles without being harassed (for lack of better words) and to feel obligated to buy. I highly recommend Mitch Smith Chevrolet and ask for Eric if you’re in the market for a vehicle. I drove up from County Line, AL in Blount County and made the switch to Mitch. You’ll be glad you did too!
