The Service Dept at Tasca is first class. I brought my Kia Sorrento there for detailing as they did such a fantastic job on our Chevy Impala. They certainly didnt disappoint. Every time I have visited Tasca for service on my cars..2014 Sonic and 2007 Equinox, I have been the fortunate recipient of unequaled excellence in Cu Every time I have visited Tasca for service on my cars..2014 Sonic and 2007 Equinox, I have been the fortunate recipient of unequaled excellence in Customer Care, Service to my vehicles, Friendliness, and Professionalism. Never condescending, always willing to listen, and then going the extra mile to make not only my car feel all better again but to make me feel all better about my car being safe to drive. Let's face it, we all have to get our cars fixed sooner or later, so why not go to the Pro's, who can diagnose the problem, fix it, and try to do everything they can to keep costs down? Michael Larcher, has been the point man for my car repairs for quite a while now, and its nice to be remembered with a smile, a handshake, and genuine concern about my car problems. Ive been to so many car service centers where the guys all look unhappy, and appear like they could care less about you and your problems. NOT here. From the greeting you get when you walk in the brightly illuminated Service Area..to the soft chairs and TV in the waiting area (along with complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled refrigerated water), to the well maintained restrooms..its really not a hard choice. Even the Woman who takes care of the bill is very pleasant! All in All..Its 5 ***** from me! Thank you Michael for your outstanding service and kindness to me. More

Epitome of Customer Service Without question, Eric is a credit to his Customer Service team as well as the Tasca dealership. I had contacted Eric regarding some electrical issues Without question, Eric is a credit to his Customer Service team as well as the Tasca dealership. I had contacted Eric regarding some electrical issues in my vehicle and he immediately scheduled an appointment to get it looked at. The entire time i was talking to him, i immediately felt like I would be well taken care of and was reassured by him that his team would take their time to address my needs and questions. Immediately upon entry, i was greeted by Eric who instantly addressed my concerns verbally and did a quick visual analysis to pinpoint the issues I was explaining for accuracy. Upon listening to my initial concerns, he immediately explained the answer to one issue i was having and then had my vehicle brought to the garage to have a tech take an in-depth look. After a short wait, i had the information presented to me regarding my questions and was offered details and help in the ways to resolve my concerns going forward. Thanks to Eric, my confidence in the accuracy of the information presented to me is sky high and look forward to returning to the service center when and if, an issue arises. It was an excellent experience all around with the Service Center and I am glad that Tasca has employees like Eric at the forefront of customer interaction. Having a personal and friendly employee be on the frontline of customer service, is a credit and tribute to Tasca and Eric. More
