They explain everything and happily answer questions, putting in the some it takes to build rapport with customers. I love that they tell me what services are likely to be needed soon without being pushy. My step dad works on cars but lives too far away to manage mine (it would take 16 hours to drive there!) but I always ask him about recommendations and everything has checked out. The dealership is also very clean and there is a lovely waiting area. More
