Eric completely changed that by providing me a no-pressure, comfortable and enjoyable experience. He was very friendly and at times went beyond the call of duty to help me. I had to drive 1 hour to TASCA, RI but he did most of the stuff in just 2 visits. We located our perfect vehicle at Tasca Ford in RI. Because we had such a hard time finding exactly what we were looking for, we made the decision to make the drive all the way from Maine to Rhode Island to make a deal. When we arrived, as advised by the internet sales team, we asked for Eric Lima. From start Eric greeted us, was super knowledgeable about the vehicle, didn't provide any pressure, had a great sense of humor and helped us with every question we had. When we pulled in the vehicle was already pulled around, washed and waiting for us.. warmed up and all. It was exactly as stated in the ad. We test drove it and he had us go to lunch so we were not just waiting around bored while they ran credit and all of that, just a super nice guy who truly seemed to care. Competitive trade in value was also given. We couldn't be any more pleased. Eric, thank you for being a real person and helping us make such a huge purchase! Our sales consultant, Eric, did a great job of working with us and getting the price to where we needed it to be. Everything was very transparent and explained in detail. The financing was don't quickly, even thought it was a Sunday. Rob, the finance manager on that day, was wonderful at explaining all options and paperwork that needed to be signed. The facility was also very comfortable and clean. All in all this was a perfect car buying experience. More
