Great experience! We left International Autos disappointed with a bad experience and decided to stop in at Brookfield to look at a truck I liked that I found on car gur We left International Autos disappointed with a bad experience and decided to stop in at Brookfield to look at a truck I liked that I found on car gurus. We didn't call ahead just rolled in on a Saturday. We were greeted by smiling gentlemen holding doors open asking how they could help. The showroom was very busy yet they still managed to get Kevin and the keys to the truck I wanted to see. They could have simply said have a seat someone will be with you shortly because I didnt call ahead. Instead Kevin with keys in hand took us right out to the truck pulled it out and let us take it for a drive. Kevin Gilbert did an awesome answering all of my questions and gave us his full attention. He juggled us and and another customer very respectfully. Kevin seems to really enjoy his job he was fun to work with. We came in on Tuesday to do the paperwork. Eric actually met us at the door he wasn't hiding in his office crunching numbers he was at the showroom entrance and escorted me to my truck so I could inspect it, very personable. Eric did a great job getting us the loan we wanted and explaining everything in the process. Everyone there was willing to help and very respectful (opening doors for customers is a nice touch). More
