Poor sales team I attempted to purchase a jeep wrangler from here a couple of months ago. My interactions with this jeep began many months ago. I first inquired about the jeep when it was sitting back where they put there trade ins. After asking about while I was on the lot and two phone calls later I was finally told they were selling it to another dealership. About month and half later while there looking a different car I noticed the jeep sitting out on the lot for sale. When I inquired about the price I was told 15999.00 I did not pursue the jeep at this time, as I was a little unsure of why they would have given me the story about it going somewhere else, but now was there, it seemed fishy at the time. After I noticed it was still sitting there after a couple of months I began to be interested in it again and sent an email inquiring about it. At this time I was told the price was 17999.00. When I was told that I backed off again till I saw they dropped the price to 16999.00. When I saw the price had started dropping I went to test drive it and offered a low price knowing I was originally told a price of 15999.00. They did not accept my offer, but did come back with a lower than sticker price offer. I left with a let me think it over. I then tried to contact the salesman that I was dealing with by email and phone several times with no response, so then I tried to contact the sales manager that he was dealing with, still no response. I attempted to contact the customer service manager again no response. In the paper I saw an email of another sales manager listed and contacted him, he did eventually respond. While I was trying to deal with them I did not realize that they had dropped the price of the jeep again to the 15999.00. In our negotiates we only separated by 500.00. In the long run they sold the jeep to someone else based off that 15999.00 price that they had lowered the jeep to and probably sold it someone else for less. So in the long run if you want someone that wants to help you get in the car you want and not just get the most money from you as possible I would not suggest them as your car dealer. More

Great Service! Jeff Sousa, Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful. He was able to get my car in on short notice for an oil change and multi-point inspec Jeff Sousa, Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful.
