Afterwards he sat down with me & we worked out a mutually acceptable price. I came back the next day & worked with Eric’s co-worker, Ron Stepp, to trade in my old car & buy the 2018 Equinox. Great customer service I met with Eric upon my arrival at the dealership. He helped me meet with the consultant from the Internet sales department that I had spoken with pr I met with Eric upon my arrival at the dealership. He helped me meet with the consultant from the Internet sales department that I had spoken with previously. Then he walked me through all of the features on the vehicle that I saw online. He helped us with the test drive of the vehicle and explained all of the different things about the vehicle to us. While I was speaking to him about purchasing the vehicle he was not overly aggressive or pushy, which was nice to see a salesman for once. He was very personable and helpful throughout our entire experience with him and made sure that we understood step of the process as we went through it. Anytime I had a question, Eric was very quick to answer it or find the answer for us if he didn’t know it. More
