Above and Beyond Service I bought a used Toyota Tundra from them almost a year ago. The extra two sets of keys were misplaced at the dealership for quite awhile, but Eric McMa I bought a used Toyota Tundra from them almost a year ago. The amount of time that Aaron and Eric spent with us showed just how confident they were that they sell a super product. They answered each of our questions carefully, no matter how much time it took. They worked with us until we got the right car at a mutually agreed upon price through the Costco buying program.. Since we already owned a 2008 Outback, we were basically sold on the product before going in. Mary was so organized and ready for us to sign the various papers. Much to our surprise we bought a new 2015 Outback Limited We had test driven other manufacturers vehicles and were leaning towards one of the luxury cars. Then to be fair to ourselves, we tried out the Outback. The first day we had Eric McMahon who is a real go getter and pitched us a deal that was hard to ignore. We left to think about it overnight and even test drove another luxury car the following morning. When we came back, Eric was tied up so we were directed to Steve Blue. Steve is more laid back and moved at our pace, did a thorough job of pointing out features of the outback while doing another test drive. After returning from the test drive the price was agreed upon and we did as much paperwork as we could before heading to dinner and a good night's rest. That gave them the time to detail the car and installed an accessory that we wanted. The following day we showed up, finished everything and drove away with our new Venetian Red Outback Limited. We enjoyed our experience at Subaru of Spokane and enjoy the car even more. Thanks, Steve More

He was upfront with everything and helped me make my purchase when the timing was right. The process was about four months after first contact. It was the best buying experience I've had. I have made many new car purchases from other dealers to compare with. This is my first Subaru. I purchased a white 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited with Eyesight. I LOVE everything about my Subaru. Subaru of Spokane located the exact Legacy I wanted and made a dealer trade to get it for me. Financing went well and presented all my options and wasn't pushy when I made my decisions (which I much appreciated). Eric walked me through the whole process and made me feel like a special guest. Drew and Eric made buying super easy. I came in to the dealership after test driving a 2010 forester at another dealer because I was less than impressed. I came in to Subaru of Spokane just to see what a new Forester would run us for price. We were immediately greeted/recognized by Eric (who my cousin worked with before). Eric led us to Drew since he was currently with another customer. Drew was great, helped us look at a new forester, gave us pricing. There was no xt's available to check out at the time, so he took our info and gave us a call when they arrived and we loved it. He was very helpful, showed us all the features, was very helpful about working with us to get the payment we were looking for. I was surprised we were able to get into something so nice with 10 miles for around the same payment as the 2010 forester we had looked at. The entire process was quick, easy, friendly (even with 2 toddlers messing around at the dealership the entire time). I would recommend Drew to anyone. Thanks again! More

Great experience- Thank you Subaru of Spokane! We went down to Subaru of Spokane last night after seeing a car online we were interested in. We walked around the lot for a while before being helped, but it was an hour before close so we understood. It was nice to not be attacked on the car lot by a used car salesman right off the bat. We test drove the SUV and made a decision right then that we didn't want to let this car go. My daughter told Eric what she was able to pay cash and he got the price down to it which was amazing. While we were signing papers and waiting several other workers approached us and talked about the great aspects of the car. When all was finalized they even pulled the car up to the door and put some floor mats in! Great experience and will definitely be getting any service the CR-V needs in the future done here!! I would recommend Subaru of Spokane to all of my friends and family and I already know of some who will be looking there soon for a vehicle. When you stop by by sure to see Eric McMahon, great guy that will get you a deal!! More
