Having gone through some ve We would like to thank Jim Quartuccio for his outstanding service in helping us select and purchase a 2017 Honda CR-V EX. Having gone through some very unpleasant car buying experiences during the past 40 years, I can honestly say that Jim made it a pleasure! My wife and I were totally satisfied when dealing with Jim, but I dreaded entering the "evil" Finance Office where the process has been very frustrating in the past. I told Jim about my concerns, and he said not to worry. He was right. There were no surprises in the Apple Honda Finance Office, and we drove away as proud owners of our new CR-V. The entire atmosphere and culture at Apple Honda is friendly and honest in our opinion and is based on our experience there. In closing, I would also like to thank Eric Nichols for his help. More

Fantastic Experience This was my first experience with a Honda and I am very pleased with the whole process. A colleague of mine sent me in to see Bonnie Campbell who was This was my first experience with a Honda and I am very pleased with the whole process. A colleague of mine sent me in to see Bonnie Campbell who was with a customer at the time of my visit. Instead of making me wait, she sent Jeff Schepps to meet with me. Jeff arranged for a test drive on two models, gave me great info on the two, discussed some numbers and I ended up selecting the CRV. Bonnie continued the transaction with me and within a few days I was driving off the lot in my new 2017 CRV. I couldn't have asked for a more positive, professional and enjoyable experience. More

They stick to price quoted Was quoted the same price for a Honda CR-V that was online and on phone and they kept to the price quoted...they sold me what I wanted not something I Was quoted the same price for a Honda CR-V that was online and on phone and they kept to the price quoted...they sold me what I wanted not something I didn’t need...they even searched for and got me the exact car I wanted...unlike Baron Honda who tried to sell me something I didn’t want...and bad mouthed Apple Honda saying they wouldn’t honor price quoted. More

The (hold in the hand to reference) owners manual currently provided is totally unsatisfactory. The font is far too small/light and makes using this frail excuse for a new owner's guide quite frustrating. The online version is no better. The CD is a joke and waste of time and effort. Point-of-information for those decision makers at HONDA CORP. ALL Human beings wish to feel in full command of their big major decision to buy one of your auto's. Our common globe/world is an untidy place and quite confusing these days. Consequently,Honda can make a difference by improving how you successfully communicate with your customer base. Even if your individual customers have no need for instruction in regards to the new auto's various bells and whistles offer it anyway as a mark of respect. HONDA needs to make a big deal out of educating the buying public to become proficient with the modern safety features. Suzanne and Bill are excellent drivers with no infractions and no accidents that we caused, kindly raise public awareness about how to use the new HONDA properly. Second Point: Change your advertising away from showing drivers speeding on public streets. Focus instead on how to drive with full awareness of the often crazy traffic all about by using the safety features you have built into the cars. YES-- CHANGE DIRECTION IN ADVERTIZING! Focus on respect for others while operating a motor vehicle. HEY HONDA BE A TREND SETTER. More
