I should add that for the past year I've been bringing my 2014 Grand Cherokee for service at Krystal. The fact that I've had such positive experiences with the service department is what made me consider Krystal for this purchase. More

Our salesman Eric did a great job, the car was warmed up, and ready for us to take a spin as soon as we got there. Their comprehensive pre-purchase service saved us from spending hundreds of dollars. Brakes, tires, battery, and a shiny new inspection sticker before we even set foot in the door. Financing was a breeze, and they even got us a better rate than our bank. We didn't even need to go wait at the DMV! First time dealing with this dealership, but hopefully not the last. They are definitely recommended. More

Also, I never purchased the same exact truck twice in a row. But, I finally found the right truck and I'm sticking with it. Krystal called me to tell me they had a deal for me. I wasn't interested in buying a new truck. I was going to take my old truck a little further. Eric found a nice truck , so I closed the deal and drove away. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Krystal in 4 years. No need to shop elsewhere. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. Something to be said about being 5 miles down the road.
