Excellent I had an excellent service experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. This was my first time at this facility and Eric Olsen from service met me outs I had an excellent service experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. This was my first time at this facility and Eric Olsen from service met me outside and he was very friendly and helpful. I came in for a airbag recall and I asked him to check my engine light. After all was said and done Eric explained all the things that was wrong with my car and what it would cost to fix it. I asked about trading it in and I am glad to say I walk out with a new 2015 Corolla!!!!! I could not have asked for a better service person than Eric Olsen. More

They never seem to surprise me by going over the call of duty. This past visit they found out that I had damage on one of my tires and they took it upon themselves to find the warrantee and were able to help with the cost of replacing my tire. Anytime I need tires or service they always shop and find me the best deal and I buy from that dealership only due to their service. Now that is value!!! Eric & Will, thank you and a job well done.
