From the second that I brought my concerns to Eric, he was the epitome of an incredible employee of the company and exceeded all my expectations for great customer service. What a great experience for an original situation that was causing me so much anxiety and frustration. He help my son and I get a loner vehicle, while the collision and service departments worked on my Jeep. In the end, I was still concerned about the potential for additional long-term problems with the vehicle and Eric sat down with me and went over all my options. In the end, he got me into a comparable Jeep with more features than my original one, and for less money per month too. To say he was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. He wasn't even part of the used sales team and could have easily passed me off to someone else, but he didn't. I will recommend this dealership and Eric, in particular, to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thank you!! More
