Buyer beware Bought a Jeep Wrangler here and although the staff was nice, the Jeep Wrangler was a rusted out piece of junk. 4 months into ownership, I was rebuildi Bought a Jeep Wrangler here and although the staff was nice, the Jeep Wrangler was a rusted out piece of junk. 4 months into ownership, I was rebuilding the transmission (thankfully I bought the extended warranty). Again, this is not against the staff one bit but I would recommended having a third party inspect a used vehicle prior to purchase More

Bad start, good ending 2008 Tundra broke down and was towed to Fred Anderson. After more than 1 day the service department had no idea how to fix it. Kind of scary. Since 2008 Tundra broke down and was towed to Fred Anderson. After more than 1 day the service department had no idea how to fix it. Kind of scary. Since I was traveling and on a schedule, I started asking about purchasing a new truck. The salesman and manager worked very hard to provide me with an excellent deal on a new Tundra. They were truly trying to help me get back on the road! (I realize they were also making a sale.) Overall I am very happy with the truck and the price I paid. They helped me make the best of a very bad situation. More

Friendliest & most helpful people work here! My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We wer My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We were greeted and helped by 3 people and given a loaner car because it would take about 5 hours to do everything. We went shopping, to lunch, then back to more shopping and placed bags and hanging clothes in the back. During that 5 hours, we were given updates and callbacks with answers to questions we had. After we returned, checked out with a friendly Jim Bancone and drove the half hour back home, we realized that the hanging bag and some sunglasses were missing. Thinking we had left them in the store, I had the manager running around trying to locate them. About 5:00, English Davis called me to say they had found the items in the back of our loaner. Since we lived so far away, she located Eric Peterson who lived near us, and he agreed most willingly to bring our items over to Mount Pleasant. God bless them both for making retrieval so easy and keeping us from making a second trip back. THAT is service. I won’t buy or service a car anywhere else. Applause also for Steve Rhodes, general manager, for personally arranging our loaner. Don’t go anywhere else for sales or service. These folks care and give personal service to you, not just to your car. More

Eric and Ryan were great ;-) My husband and I were looking around for a second car for our growing family. We happened to be around Fred Anderson one day and stopped into see what My husband and I were looking around for a second car for our growing family. We happened to be around Fred Anderson one day and stopped into see what they had. We were looking at the new 4runners when a sales person by the name of Eric came up. He just gave us his business card was not pushy or anything which was a great first impression. We looked online while we were there and found a used one we liked. We walked over to the used section and once again Eric greeted us. He was very knowledgable about the 4runner. let us take it for a test drive, explained everything to us clearly and not in typical car dealership language. He once again was not pushy. He brought us to speak to the finance guy Ryan. Ryan couldn't have been more enjoyable to work with. He explained the process and how getting the tags from the DMV and taxes would work. Overall, a great experience at Fred Anderson will def recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
