Everyone was so helpful from the Internet rep Lauren who met us as we walked in, to Eric the sales rep, to Alesia in finance, the scariest Mary where I though here we go.but she was upfront, honest and to point and never pushy, right down to the parts rep, Marcus, who sold us the carpet and trunk mats. We had to wait for the carpet mats but he came out and put trunk mat in for us. Even when I returned a couple hours later with an issue Eric couldn’t help with, he ask someone to come explain in detail so I could understand and gain better knowledge of the new technology (I wish I could remember his name) in my new Avalon Touring. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I even drove and hour and a half to dealership twice (2nd time to take delivery of the exact car I wanted they had to bring in) because it had been recommended to me. Give them a try, I know you won’t be disappointed. More

Bad start, good ending 2008 Tundra broke down and was towed to Fred Anderson. After more than 1 day the service department had no idea how to fix it. Kind of scary. Since I was traveling and on a schedule, I started asking about purchasing a new truck. The salesman and manager worked very hard to provide me with an excellent deal on a new Tundra. They were truly trying to help me get back on the road! (I realize they were also making a sale.) Overall I am very happy with the truck and the price I paid.
