Satified I was very satisfied with Eric Peterson. I’m a female of a different ethnicity so there was definitely a language barrier. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peter Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peterson was our sales associate. We wanted the color Ooh la la rouge that they did not have so it would have to be delivered. We were settling on a price when I wanted to find out what my APR would be. Eric told us we would go into finance office. I told him I would like to think about the price since we had somewhere to go. Then he proceed to raise his voice yelling at us saying "REALLY?!? YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE?? WE GOT YOU THE PRICE YOU WANTED AND NOW YOU WANNA THINK ABOUT IT?? I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WANTED TO BUY TODAY" Which I never said that I would buy today! We left immediately and the manager, Don Hesher, asked us what's wrong. I told him that I do not want to think about buying a car while being yelled at by Eric. I told Don I dont want to feel pressured into buying and absolutely don't want to be disrespected, we shake hands and left. Don Hesher has been helpful to us with getting us a lower price, he also apologized!! Customer service and Professionalism are the two most important characters in my opinion. Even if we agreed on a price doesn't mean we have to buy it. A person's time and money is that person's business. If you value Customer service and Professionalism, then save your money and go elsewhere. More

Excellent service and top notch staff, from entry to exit! The staff here at Fred Anderson Toyota are incredible. They were friendly, authentic, caring and thoughtful (traits I value as a customer). From my first steps inside to leaving the dealership, they treated me like family. When I called, Heather answered the phone with a friendly, unique greeting. She even sang! It was a warm welcome. When I arrived for my appointment, Michael Manning greeted me and made sure to get me to the right person. Eric Peterson gave us a tour of vehicles and accompanied me on the test drive. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get the best car for me. Carey Wright made sure I didn't need anything while I waited. Ryan Spence made sure to get me the best financing deal and all with a great attitude. Thanks for the great experience and I left with an awesome car! More
