Friendliest & most helpful people work here! My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We were greeted and helped by 3 people and given a loaner car because it would take about 5 hours to do everything. We went shopping, to lunch, then back to more shopping and placed bags and hanging clothes in the back. During that 5 hours, we were given updates and callbacks with answers to questions we had. After we returned, checked out with a friendly Jim Bancone and drove the half hour back home, we realized that the hanging bag and some sunglasses were missing. Thinking we had left them in the store, I had the manager running around trying to locate them. About 5:00, English Davis called me to say they had found the items in the back of our loaner. Since we lived so far away, she located Eric Peterson who lived near us, and he agreed most willingly to bring our items over to Mount Pleasant. God bless them both for making retrieval so easy and keeping us from making a second trip back. THAT is service. I won’t buy or service a car anywhere else. Applause also for Steve Rhodes, general manager, for personally arranging our loaner. Don’t go anywhere else for sales or service. These folks care and give personal service to you, not just to your car. More

We happened to be around Fred Anderson one day and stopped into see what they had. We were looking at the new 4runners when a sales person by the name of Eric came up. He just gave us his business card was not pushy or anything which was a great first impression. We looked online while we were there and found a used one we liked. We walked over to the used section and once again Eric greeted us. He was very knowledgable about the 4runner. let us take it for a test drive, explained everything to us clearly and not in typical car dealership language. He once again was not pushy. He brought us to speak to the finance guy Ryan. Ryan couldn't have been more enjoyable to work with. He explained the process and how getting the tags from the DMV and taxes would work. Overall, a great experience at Fred Anderson will def recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peter Never have I ever been disrespected in a car dealership until now! My wife and I came into the dealership looking to buy a 2018 Highlander. Eric Peterson was our sales associate. We wanted the color Ooh la la rouge that they did not have so it would have to be delivered. We were settling on a price when I wanted to find out what my APR would be. Eric told us we would go into finance office. I told him I would like to think about the price since we had somewhere to go. Then he proceed to raise his voice yelling at us saying "REALLY?!? YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE?? WE GOT YOU THE PRICE YOU WANTED AND NOW YOU WANNA THINK ABOUT IT?? I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WANTED TO BUY TODAY" Which I never said that I would buy today! We left immediately and the manager, Don Hesher, asked us what's wrong. I told him that I do not want to think about buying a car while being yelled at by Eric. I told Don I dont want to feel pressured into buying and absolutely don't want to be disrespected, we shake hands and left. Don Hesher has been helpful to us with getting us a lower price, he also apologized!! Customer service and Professionalism are the two most important characters in my opinion. Even if we agreed on a price doesn't mean we have to buy it. A person's time and money is that person's business. If you value Customer service and Professionalism, then save your money and go elsewhere. More
