I used to love Honda Coral Springs and send alll my friends call me, so I can go in details my horrendous experience with Pete (sale manager) Lorenzo the insurance guy and I’m still waiting on my check friends call me, so I can go in details my horrendous experience with Pete (sale manager) Lorenzo the insurance guy and I’m still waiting on my check they promised me (Lu made the check). But looks it was a lie from them to keep me “calm” I’m not sending por buying more cars here , I bought 3 cars and it will be my last one , I will also write my review to BBB once I have time, I’m overwhelmed with work now but I will do it soon, and call Honda corporate. Our sales associate was Dave Henry, who did fine but maybe should learn more about the features of the cars on the lot so he can answer questions mor Our sales associate was Dave Henry, who did fine but maybe should learn more about the features of the cars on the lot so he can answer questions more promptly (however, he did find someone to answer our questions when he didn’t have them). Everything about our experience was good, though, especially Vadim who is knowledgeable and candid. Coral Springs Honda was so much better than every other dealership we visited — and we almost didn’t come because the Yelp reviews are so bad. Glad we came anyway and found the car we were looking for at a not-bad price. More
