Unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I came to return a leased Tundra. The manager and several of the employees didn't know how to "ground " my vehicle. I decided to look at used vehicle I came to return a leased Tundra. The manager and several of the employees didn't know how to "ground " my vehicle. I decided to look at used vehicles while waiting for them to figure it out. I found one I liked until I was told they wouldn't be giving me anything for trade and I would just have to turn it in.I was almost 8,000 miles under my lease allowance and my truck was in excellent condition. Plus I have a 700+ credit score. That didn't seem to matter. So I decided to go look elsewhere. I went to the restroom before I left and when I was walking to the front door I noticed the salesman was standing at the finance counter joking around with the guys behind the counter. I felt like they were having a good laugh at my experience. Of course I have no way to prove that. So I doubt very seriously I will ever go back to give them the opportunity to earn my business. More

Eric and his group were very welcoming to my last minute call and walk in. They were able to help me test drive a car quickly and had the car pulled up for me in the front of the building before I got to t call and walk in.
