His professionalism during our entire purchasing process was matched only by the sincerity he displayed in his numerous follow-up phone calls and emails that kept us well informed and he ultimately earned our complete trust. Sky’s knowledge, honesty, and straightforwardness exemplifies that of a true professional. Working with Sky was an absolute pleasure. He has set the bar VERY high regarding our future customer relations dealings with Ed Martin Toyota and we have ZERO doubts that our future experiences will be as positive and productive as this initial one. In full transparency, I did not end up purchasing an vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota but I would not hesitate to do so in the future. The first time I visited was several months before I planned in purcha vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota but I would not hesitate to do so in the future. The first time I visited was several months before I planned in purchasing a vehicle. We were clear about that up front. Neal was fantastic and spent time with my wife and I casually inquiring about what we were looking for and walked us around the lot. No high-pressure sales, which we greatly appreciated. That is why when I was ready to purchase a new truck, I reached out to Neal, who quickly replied. Ed Martin was the only dealer I reached out to. I was looking for a very specific vehicle/specific features. Again, Neal was great in talking me through potential options. I had also been looking online, just to see what was available. Unfortunately, the supply of trucks was limited everywhere and the specific combination of what I wanted was even more limited. The trucks that did meet my requirements were flying off the lot, everywhere. Neal had called me to follow-up, again no pressure tactics, and let me know he had a truck that matched most of my requirements due in to the lot in about a week. I had arranged to drive up but before it arrived I had another truck that met all of my requirements fall in my lap. Given how quickly the trucks had been moving, I jumped on the opportunity. Ed Martin Toyota and Neal will be the first place I go when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. More
