The vehicle purchasing experience was far superior than what I have encountered from my local dealership. I have bought several vehicles from the same dealership over the years and the end result does not what I have encountered from my local dealership. I have bought several vehicles from the same dealership over the years and the end result does not compare. The salesperson at my local dealership would not return your calls if you attempted to negotiate a price. Mohamed Awad listened to my price point, vehicle needs and over delivered. I live about two hours from the dealership so communication played a big part in the deal. Mohamed was courteous and quick to respond. Ed Martin Toyota is fortunate to have an individual like Mr. Awad. My only complaint would be the delivery fee charge but I guess it comes with the territory. I felt since I would not be using lifetime oil changes or some other local program offer the deliver would be covered by the dealership so not the case in my situation. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy from the dealership again. It was a pleasure working with Mohamed. More

If I could give Corry 10 stars I would. He was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I came in after being in a horrible accident (a Toyota saved my life) and he instantly made me feel comfortable amazing and extremely knowledgeable. duped by Ed Martin What was stated and what was in the contract were two very different things. I came to trade-in my car, and lease a new one. They told me to clean out my old car and "ground it," only to find out two months later I still owned the car and owed $3600 to pay it off!! Cannot for the life of me understand WHY they would tell me to turn it in, "if it wasn't ever part of the deal," and deprive me of the opportunity to sell it on my own or keep it. Or at least admit the 25 minutes they claimed to be looking for the payoff was bogus, as the president of the company confirmed no payoff was ever acquired. If you want direct, straightforward and honest, skip EM Toyota. Back to TOM WOOD for me. More
